Today’s Sweat Life Minute is a Full Body Circuit using a set of dumbbells and your body weight – that’s it!
Full Body Circuit
1. Dumbbell Biceps Curl
2. Dumbbell Bent-Over Row
3. Dumbbell Thruster
4. Dumbbell Push-Up
Perform 10 repetitions of each exercise in a circuit.
Complete 3 – 5 rounds.
Rest 60-90 seconds between rounds.
