Outdoor Boot Camps
Our outdoor workout programs are one hour long, and led by a Sweat Life Fitness Certified Personal Trainer. We accommodate all fitness levels. Each class incorporates a variety of exercises designed to improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance, balance, agility, core strength, and overall fitness. No two classes are alike. Be prepared for a fun and challenging workout. See you at the park!
Class Notes:
- Classes are currently held at Kanapaha Park in Southwest Gainesville, unless otherwise noted.
- Please bring: Water, Towel, Yoga Mat.
- Please wear: Workout clothes, sneakers, and sunscreen as needed.

Stadium Boot Camps
A fun and challenging workout at the Swamp (Ben Hill Griffin Staduim).
Class Notes:
- We meet at the North Endzone at the Specified time.
- Please bring: Water, Towel.
- Please wear: Workout clothes, sneakers, and sunscreen as needed.

Little Fit Mama Stroller Friendly Boot Camp
A 3 mile walk/jog that incorporates cardiovascular and strength training exercises with stroller mamas in mind.
Class Notes:
- We meet at The Little Shop in the Haile Village.
- Please bring: Water, Towel.
- Please wear: Workout clothes, sneakers, and sunscreen as needed.
- You must be at least 6 weeks postpartum to register for this class.
